In the services here in Otacpab, the worship sounded only as you heard in the post about the second baptism. This is an exuberant dance, intense drum and sometimes more shouting than singing. This is perfectly normal.
What is in the foreground, the joy of dance or the praise. This is certainly difficult for a culturally alien white person like me to assess.
Since the drum is defective, David lets people sing a capella. This sounds something like the following video. As a result, some went down on their knees during worship and tears rolled down their cheeks at some of them. As David says, the Holy Spirit had the chance to touch people.
